Most orders are delivered by your local postal service and will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your postal service may leave a notice card with further instructions.
In rare cases, delivery may take longer than the stated timeframe, especially due to international customs processing. If your order seems delayed, contact us and we’ll look into it.
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, or absence of the receiver, the package will be returned to us at your expense. This includes shipping costs and any additional fees incurred. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: we do not refund or replace items marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address.
